Service Designer

Things you would be doing:

• Design research – bringing the anthropology, social, and behavioural sciences perspective into understanding the messy complexity of human life. You love to conduct ethnographic interviews that empower people to reveal what drives their decisions, and dig all the way to the most relevant insights. If you already have knowledge of working with quantitative data and research methods that will make us smile even more.
• Strategic Design – getting a kick out of exploring what’s next in the world and what truly matters. In your work you will use those insights to craft future business models and organisations. You will lead projects with major clients and have excellent communication and facilitation skills. You aspire to become a trusted advisor for CEOs who want to make a difference.
• Service Design – mastering customer journeys and driven to understand how better journeys build deeper relationships. You have experience in designing new concepts for different touchpoints, from digital to human-to-human service interactions. You fluently think with your hands and love to co-create solutions with both consumers, staff, and leaders.
• Business Development – passionate to pitch, inspire, and convince. You are curious about new business activities. Together with our team you bring home new work and are excited about building relationships to bring more impact and value to client’s investments.
• Learn across disciplines – if you’re interested to do things other than the above: you can illustrate, write, plan events and community initiatives, or pursue other ideas in line with our vision.

The role:

• We are looking for entry-level Service Designers / Design Researchers to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll work with everyone in the team (we are a flat company) and be involved in end-to-end client work, as well as internal efforts. You should be someone who gets a kick out of exploring what’s next in the world, and what truly matters, and is driven to understand how better journeys build deeper relationships.
• Design research, insights analysis and strategic recommendations for various strategic research, customer experience, service / space / product design, service excellence and training projects across various industries.
• Learn across disciplines if you’re interested to do things other than service / industrial design: you can illustrate, write, pitch for projects, plan events and community initiatives, or pursue other ideas in line with our vision.
