Overview
As a service designer, you will have your own product/service/strategic initiative responsibilities and you’ll manage and deliver projects together with other creative team members. You should possess a natural ability to articulate the criteria for good service design and offer constructive feedback to colleagues. Your background can vary from design strategy, interactive design, business design or technology consulting.
Role
• Develop functional specifications, including user stories, and acceptance criteria that satisfy business requirements
• Performing due diligence and discovery assessments for potential products, services and acquisitions looking for Global Customer Care integration
• Communicate the fundamental concepts of service design to key stakeholders
• Ensures clear and fulsome information is provided to senior management, Integration Executives, stakeholders, and other key decision makers
• Provides input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business
• Effectively deal with and develop solutions to moderately difficult problems.

• Experience working in projects across functions
• Critical thinking skills in solving business problem
• Experience building relationships and working with technical, business, and other internal partners
• Experience recognizing and identifying gaps, ideate/implement solutions depend on case
• Experience in creating and delivering presentations to internal or external stakeholders
• Experience in project management and / or business analysis is a plus
