About this opportunity: 

Your service design work will be focussed on customer journeys which are related to general merchandise (non-food) under the Argos and Habitat brands. In doing so you will be part of the Experience Design team in Sainsbury’s, working with our stakeholders across digital and in-store. There are other service designers working on journeys relating to food and/or colleague experiences, and we share best practise ideas.

As always with service design, the role includes elements of communication, influence and relationship building, moderating effective workshops, design research and developing a customer strategy in your area.
