Senior Service Designer

You will be working in the first and largest Service Design and Innovation company in Saudi Arabia with a team of passionate designers & innovators from all over the world. The work we do has the potential to create significant impact in Saudi Arabia and we are looking for talents to join that effort.. It is possible your work will be viewed or used by ministers and other senior executives as well as the citizens of the kingdom.

You will specifically do the following (but not limited to):

Breakdown the project brief, scope the work and turn into an exciting proposals and business case that get clients out of their bed every morning
Develop project plans and service design strategy collaboratively with clients and the project lead
Designing services and products across various touch points, channels and entire ecosystems
Engage with clients through presentations, facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions
Conducting research & gathering insights
Synthesizing research and formulating design directions based on research insights.
Turn research into stories that inspire clients and people
Ideating new service concepts
Leading prototyping of service concepts and testing it with clients
Contributing to service brand strategy and ensuring services designed are aligned with corporate brand strategy
Ensuring high quality of deliverables in that they adhere to design standards; meet clients/user needs and answer the project brief

Desired Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of experience in the service design field
Expertise in design of services and their eco-systems
Expertise in conducting design research
Being able to communicate insights using methods such as customer journey maps, personas etc
Ability to formulate design directions and turn research into a story
Ideation and design of service concepts and touch-points
Prototyping of service concepts
Design of co-creative and evaluation workshops for client
Ability to communicate and pitch concepts both orally and in written format

Educational Qualifications:

-Bachelor or higher degree in Service Design or related fields. Masters Degree is preferable
