Your tasks in this role:
- Initiating and leading projects and initiatives that support employee experience (EX) – designing and improving key paths
- Designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative research, including analysis, report development and presentation of conclusions
- Facilitating workshops and selecting tools and methods that lead to achieving the indicated goals
- Developing and promoting skills and tools that enable organizations to work in a people-centered and values-focused manner
- Developing a culture in which employee and customer experience (total experience) are integral elements of everyday work
- Working with various units within the Bank on the development of internal products and services (HR and beyond), being responsible for applying the design process to appropriate research and design tools
Apply to us if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a large organization)
- You have experience in designing services, processes, and developing products around employee/customer value, confirmed by the implementation of prepared solutions
- You can conduct research, draw conclusions, and test assumptions
- You can adapt the design process to the specific nature of the organization and the challenge
- You are proficient in working with data, including generating hypotheses, asking questions, and drawing conclusions, and you are interested in developing data fluency
- You have an advanced level of English, both oral and written
- You can think strategically and tactically
- You can collaborate with diverse stakeholders, engage, lead discussions, and recommend evidence-based solutions.
- You have experience in facilitating workshops and design sprint meetings – online (Miro) and offline
- You are characterized by a high level of autonomy and responsibility, as well as excellent work organization and flexibility.
