Service Designer

Temenos
THE ROLE
Temenos is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and self-organized service designer to join their SaaS organization. This individual will own the end-to-end service design activities for Temenos Banking Cloud and will play a key role in contributing towards Temenos’ digital transformation journey to becoming a true SaaS player in the Fintech space. As a service designer, you will work with clients and internal stakeholders to design user centric and frictionless user journeys that enable self-service and effective consumption of Temenos Banking Cloud services.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will perform User Research to understand market and user needs
- You will design the User Journey Map so we can identify pain points and issues that need to be addressed in each stage of the service lifecycle
- You will plan and execute co-creation workshops with stakeholders to propose the most viable solution for a given problem
- You will use design tools to prototype concepts to validate them and iterate on it
- You will design the Service Blueprint
Skills
- You should know what Design Thinking is
- You should be Design-Driven and User Centric
- You should know how to plan and execute User Research and extract Insights from it
- You should know how to design a User Journey Map
- You should understand the service lifecycle in a SaaS context
- You should know how to identify customer pain points
- You should know how to plan and execute co-creation workshops with stakeholders
- You should use industry standard design tools to prototype concepts and validate ideas
- You should know how to design a Service Blueprint and prepare it to be presented to stakeholders
- You should have a good understanding of Agile concept and at least one methodology (Scrum, Kanban etc)
- You should be an expert in one of the digital design tools used in the market such as Figma (preferred), InVision, Sketch etc.
- You should know methods for mapping the problem, extracting insights and help stakeholders co-create a solution for a problem, such as Affinity Mapping,
- Personas, Persona Ecosystem, What if etc.
- You should have knowledge and experience of using a digital collaboration tool such as Miro, Mural etc.
- You should have financial industry and B2B experience as a plus
