Role

As a Service Designer, you will design, create and help the team develop user researches, user journey maps, workshops, prototypes, service blueprints, and other related activities

Important considerations

  • Fluent or Professional English required
  • Required residence or availability to move to Lisbon, Portugal (post-pandemic)

Requirements

  • Experience with user research
  • Experience analyzing complex problems to solve design challenges utilizing user-centered approaches
  • Experience in designing processes to frame problems, defining insights, creating attractive visions, concepts, and prototypes–Know-how in creating designs artifacts (e.g. flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes) and communicating end-to-end user experiences
  • Know-how in design research and developing any communication tools right for the task at hand (e.g. journey maps, service plans, prototypes)

Preferred requirements

  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience in insights and market trends.
  • Experience the banking or financial sector
