Service Designer

The role of the Service Designer requires a solid knowledge in Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking and Business/Service Design. This role requires also great skills of working collaboratively, creatively, and flexibly within interdisciplinary teams and with our clients.
We are looking for amazing people with a degree in Management, Design, Communication or Engineering, who are motivated to solve problems and make wonderful things happen.
What are the main tasks:
* Create Business/Service Design reports;
* Interact with and manage clients along the implementation;
* To run Design Thinking workshops;
* To perform User Research activities on the field;
* Be part of interdisciplinary teams, and contribute with tasks, skills and knowledge;
* A proactive, positive attitude is a must. We welcome healthy discussion and debate, and put good ideas ahead of egos!
