Tasks
- Work on identifying problems, challenges and user needs;
- Mapping service experiences and designing changes that promote their effectiveness;
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative research;
- Co-design strategic solutions, based on qualitative and quantitative data, in order to promote changes that foster the effectiveness and efficiency of services;
- Analyze and identify opportunities for innovation in services, from the perspective of users;
- Identify opportunities for improvement, namely cost reduction and increased collaboration between departments;
- Produce low-fidelity prototypes and test them with the user;
- Develop and apply usability tests for service and product prototypes;
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and co-creation activities;
- Create visual communication materials and worksheets to support workshops and events;
- Create documentation and reports based on investigation activities, working sessions and other related activities;
- Assertively communicate the insights obtained in collaborative work sessions;
- Prepare reports and presentations on the studies carried out and other activities, in order to ensure more effective communication and the making of important decisions for the success of the projects;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget of ongoing projects;
- Promote the practice of inclusive design;
- Promote the development and use of tools and processes that encourage critical and strategic thinking;
- Stimulate and develop innovation projects.
Requirements
- Degree or Master in Psychology, Management, Service Design, User Experience Design or others compatible with the activities to be developed.
Will be considered an advantage:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar functions;
- Knowledge in Service Design, Design Thinking and Lean;
- Agility with the Human-Centered Design process;
- Knowledge of graphic software, research and prototype design (examples: Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, Invison, Typeform, Illustrator, Affinity Designer…);
- High ability to structure and facilitate work sessions (workshops);
- High ability to discuss and develop ideas through sketches of low-fidelity prototypes.
