CTT is recruiting a Service Designer to join the Digital Experience team, in Management, New Channels and Innovation. This professional will technically lead UX/UI designers and will be fundamental in creating digital journeys focused on the customer experience. You will work together with the Digital Experience Center of Excellence (CoE), the Service Designer and will discuss and implement changes to the product/service experience, leading the organization towards a new technological and cultural reality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support CTT in developing better digital experiences;
  • Plan qualitative research activities with customers and users in order to develop new relevant products/services or improve current ones;
  • Analyze customer data, identify behavior patterns and needs and define customer journeys, proto-personas, personas and other customer profile definition methods;
  • Support the development and testing of prototypes, designing low-fidelity mockups, as well as developing high-quality presentations;
  • Be involved in large-scale projects, transforming the experience of CTT customers (individuals and companies), at the various points of contact with customers;
  • Work together with other teams – in an agile way – to assist in the design of digital solutions to continuously improve the user experience and update digital services/products.

What we value:

  • Academic qualifications at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the areas: Management, Marketing, Digital, Design or similar;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ease/experience of working with an agile approach, especially kanban methodology;
  • Experience in digital environments;
  • Problem-solving mindset;
  • Pragmatism and results orientation;
  • Experience in development environments based on the principles of agility;
  • Have between 1 (one) and 5 (five) years of experience;
  • Experience in tools such as: Teams, Miro, Figma, Adobe and other design tools;
  • Experience in Service Design roles.
