Service Designer

Role Description

• Experience (>3 years) in designing complex service design systems for multiple touchpoints projects.
• Genuine interest in understanding user needs and the businesses we are solving problems for;
• Interest in participating in User Research processes and co-design workshops;
• Ability to map user journeys (physical and digital), create a service blueprint, maps UX flows and, occasionally, sketches and wireframes;
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative studies;
• Experience interacting with end clients/users in in-depth interviews, contextual interviews and focus groups;
• Experience preparing and conducting co-design workshops with all types of stakeholders;
• Ability to present and defend proposals with team members and work with different project teams, as well as the client;
• Experience working within the financial sector is a plus;
• Passionate about technology;
• Strong skills in time management, autonomy and a goal oriented mindset;
• Language: Portuguese + English + Spanish (nice to have)
