• Professional in the fields of Psychology, Design, Administration, Communication, among others
• Professional with 2 – 3 years of proven experience designing services

Required Skills:

• Benchmarking and trend analysis
• Knowledge and curiosity about technology topics
• Database management, working with data to detect behaviors
• Knowledge of business models (to co-create business models with the team based on the opportunities found)

Main Functions:

• Research: in-depth interviews, proof of concept, field observation and other research techniques as needed by the assigned labs.
• Analysis of the information collected for the generation of insights
• Assembling a presentation to share the learnings (PPT is sufficient)
• Design and execution of usability tests on low-fidelity prototypes (UX knowledge)
• Design and facilitation of ideation and prioritization workshops.
• Design of value propositions (business model, product and/or service).
• Design and execution of qualitative experiments to validate desirability/viability of opportunities.
• Participation in meetings of assigned laboratories.
