Job objective

He understands the needs and pains of customers, through his knowledge of behavior and research techniques, and designs the journeys that guarantee a delightful experience in all our products and services.

Features

  • Analyze and design experiences that are memorable for customers for each of the products.
  • Designs and executes research projects in order to find insights that are the input for the design of products and experiences.
  • Master and apply design tools and methodologies such as Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints, Behavioral Design, Design thinking, etc., in order to design the experiences that each tribe requires.
  • Develops and creates knowledge about consumer behavior that contributes to the learning of the rest of the COE and the organization.
  • Present and share the results with the rest of the organization to ensure that the knowledge generated is socialized.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as Service Designer, Design Researcher, CX, or similar roles.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in topics related to Human-Centered Design.
  • Graduated from Psychology, Communications, Industrial Design, Administration, Marketing.
  • Courses in UX, Service Design, CX, or any Human-Centered Design course.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Behavior and Research Techniques.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Agile, Kanban (Desirable).
