As Service Designer you will be responsible for Driving the cultural transformation of the organization to think about user experiences as a focus, instead of processes and systems. Likewise, to be a link between people and the business to translate people’s needs into viable and sustainable opportunities for Auna.

Principal functions:

• Plan and execute innovation projects focused on the design of services as comprehensive experiences, aligning the different service channels.
• Conceptualize desirable, feasible and feasible solutions to solve user experience problems.
• Support the research team in the execution of research.
• Convert research learnings into business opportunities.
• Understand and map the current experiences of users raising processes, systems and channels used by Auna.
• Propose and design integral experiences ideal for users.
• Propose changes and improvements in current experiences to move towards the ideal experience (leveraged from digital channels).
• Work hand in hand with Auna’s internal teams (xHIS, IT, Processes, etc.) to ascertain the current and ideal situation.

Requirements:

• Communications, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering or related degrees.
• Desirable specialization in Design Thinking or Master in Innovation Methodologies.
• Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in any of the following: innovation, health sector innovation, design consulting, research projects, digital product development, start-up and customer experience.
• Knowledge of Suite Adobe.
• Specialized knowledge in: Service Design, Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, ADOBE CLOUD, Problem solving, user-centered research methodologies and innovation methodologies.
• Desirable knowledge in Figma.
