Service Designer

Quality & Development Software SAC
At QDS we continue to grow, and we are currently looking for a Service Designer.
📌 Only residents of Peru, due to equipment delivery.
Requirements:
- Specialization in Service Design
- 6+ years of experience in the role
- Experience in similar positions (CX, Design Research, Market Research, Processes), ideally in healthcare or insurance
- Advanced English
Knowledge and tools:
- 🔹 User research (interviews, synthesis, insights, opportunity identification)
- 🔹 Quantitative research (experience metrics, A/B testing)
- 🔹 Experience design and mapping (Customer Journey, Service Blueprint, Stakeholder Map)
- 🔹 Service prototyping
- 🔹 Methodologies: Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Agile/Scrum
- 🔹 Proficiency in Figma, Miro, G Suite, and user testing tools (e.g., Maze)
- 🔹 Desirable: Airtable, Notion, Jira, Azure Boards
Work modality: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm – Hybrid (2 days per week at the office in San Isidro)
