Senior Service Designer

We are adding a Senior Service Designer to the company’s Digital Channels UX team .

We seek to design and evolve end-to-end experiences with an ecosystemic and digital-first approach, transforming fragmented journeys into simple, coherent and scalable services that connect business, technology and the real customer experience, driving digital transformation.

We are looking for protagonists who are willing to:

✔️Design digital first end-to-end services.

✔️Design and map journeys, service blueprints and operational ecosystems.

✔️Detect frictions, opportunities, and moments of truth in Telco experiences (sign-up, usage, support, payments, retention, etc.)

✔️Facilitate workshops with business, IT, operations, Digital and CX.

✔️Translate insights into actionable proposals (service concepts, MVPs, pilots).

✔️Work in pairs with UX/UI, Research and Product.

✔️Align experience with processes, systems, and metrics.

✔️Drive continuous improvements based on real data and feedback.

✔️Support implementation and measure real impact.

And count on these experiences and skills:

✔️More than 5 years of experience in Service Design and/or strategic UX. (Required)
✔️Experience in complex services. (Telco, banking, insurance, retail, or similar) (Required)
✔️Systems thinking and concrete execution. (Required)
✔️Proficiency in journey mapping, blueprints, and collaborative tools.
✔️Ability to influence stakeholders.
✔️Proficient in visual tools (Figma, Miro, FigJam, or similar).
✔️Ability to synthesize information and create compelling stories.
