We are seeking a talented and creative Service Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative design solutions that transform organizations. You will work closely with partners to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and co-create service experiences that drive value and differentiation. If you have a passion for design thinking, a keen eye for user-centric design, and a drive to create impactful solutions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives, challenges, and user needs.
  • Lead design thinking workshops, discovery sessions, and co-creation sessions to generate insights and ideas.
  • Conduct user research, customer journey mapping, and service blueprinting to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and visualize service concepts, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business development, to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Iterate on design concepts based on user feedback, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
  • Create compelling presentations, design artifacts, and documentation to articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in service design and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Service Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in a design agency or consulting environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking process, service design projects, and user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and user research activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for understanding user needs and creating intuitive experiences.
  • Knowledge of design methodologies, human-centered design principles, and agile development processes.
  • Experience working with diverse clients and industries is a plus.
