As a service designer with us, you will:
- Be a central contributor to developing future services and solutions for our serviced pick-up and drop-off locations
- Contribute to design becoming an even more integrated part of the division’s and group’s culture
- Understand users’ needs, motivations and behavior through qualitative and quantitative methods
- Sketch, model and visualize concepts, solutions and user journeys
- Design and test prototypes of physical and digital user and customer interfaces
- Evaluate and improve existing solutions based on user feedback and data
- Be an active contributor in the group’s professional network for UX and service design
We think you have:
- Relevant higher education in service design, interaction design, product design or similar
- Experience as a service designer or UX designer
- Good knowledge of and practical experience with service design methods and tools
- Good cooperation and relationship-building qualities
- Enthusiastic and likes new challenges
- Good communication skills both orally and in writing in Norwegian and English
