Service Designer

Sans is a young design agency, which already consists of 14 experienced designers in Oslo, 2 in Tromsø and 12 in Bergen — but we are constantly growing. We are firmly rooted in strategic work within design, and have over 90 colleagues from the Karabing group behind us.

We are looking for skilled designers for our customer assignments. Bergen will be your office, but with remote work we can work with customers all over the country. We are particularly looking for you who have experience from municipal co-creation projects, preferably health or environment and sustainability. The assignments in Sans consist of everything from courses and teaching, to interdisciplinary projects in the public or private sector. 

We are looking for you who is an open and positive problem solver with a good understanding of user-driven methodologies and tools. You are not afraid to take the lead, and thrive best when you get to help develop concepts and solutions that create value and make a difference – both with the customer and the end user.
