Service Designer 

We are looking for a Service Designer / UX Strategist who can lead insight work, define direction, and translate complexity into clear user experiences.

This role is less about visual design and more about understanding business, users, structuring services, and shaping solutions together with clients and teams.

The position is a 12-month temporary role covering for our advisor, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

• Plan and facilitate workshops (insight, scope, direction)
• Conduct and structure analyses (user needs, business goals, content)
• Define KPIs and how they should be measured
• Define user journeys, flows, and information architecture
• Translate insights into wireframes and early concepts
• Conduct user testing to validate ideas
• Support clients in making clear, strategic decisions
• Collaborate with designers and developers to shape solutions

Who We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience
• Strong portfolio, preferably with complex challenges
• Skilled at workshop facilitation
• Solid UX expertise (flows, IA, user needs)
• Analytical and structured
• Ability to simplify complex problems
• Comfortable in client dialogue and advisory roles
• Experience with wireframing (Figma, Miro, AI or similar)
• Understands business goals – not just user needs
