Bember AS

We are now strengthening our Product Team!

The product team works with the entire value chain from idea to product launch. This also involves identifying new markets and opportunities for further growth both locally and internationally. The team is responsible for ensuring that the products are competitive and meet the customers’ needs in close collaboration with other internal functions.

The team stands together to create seamless user journeys and deliver the best products and services in the market. Everyone on the team therefore contributes where there is a need, but will also at times be able to focus more on an area of responsibility. We are now further strengthening ourselves in Service Development.

Service development  – current tasks:

  • Identify customer and user needs and, together with the rest of the team, build the best solutions for our customers and partners.
  • Formulate service descriptions, user stories and functional specifications.
  • Design features, terms and pricing models based on an understanding of underlying technical, practical and legal assumptions.
  • Together with the Designers, prepare detailed product specifications for technical development.
  • Plan and coordinate complex projects. Ensure that the projects are delivered on time and with quality. Keep customers and partners up to date on the project’s progress.
  • Other tasks on the product team as required.

Who we are looking for:

Work with Service Development requires that you have an eye for detail and are structured with a good sense of order. You enjoy working in a targeted manner and are able to understand the customer’s needs in a trust-building way.

The product team sits together in a team room, has daily stand-ups and focuses on supporting each other so that everyone experiences working in sync and moving in the same direction. In Bember there is always “we” before “I”.

Qualifications:

This is an “experienced-level” position with us. This means that you should have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience after completing higher education. Preferably from a similar role where you have worked with digital services and technical project deliveries.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have both technical and commercial understanding, as well as that you are service oriented and keen to create added value for the customer. The position requires very good communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
