Service Designer
ASB Bank
As a Service Designer, you will have a passion for building and embedding Design Thinking as a core capability that all of our ASB people have; supporting the end to end delivery of Design Thinking initiatives.
You will be a collaborator with a love for coaching a wide range of stakeholders across the bank, planning and facilitating end to end Design Thinking work. You will guide our teams through the entire Design Thinking journey; and provide value by researching and understanding needs, generating insights, ideation, prototype building and testing.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunities and benefits Design Thinking brings the business. Ideally, you will have some exposure to design thinking methods and will be able to translate complex information into simple concepts. You will ideally have some coaching experience as you will actively work to enhance the Design Thinking capability.
Some experience with Agile ways of working will be an advantage.
You will thrive in building and maintaining solid relationships with internal customers and stakeholders, be known through your networking skills and ability to motivate others and execute.
