Senior Service Designer

We’re looking for a person who wants to get involved in projects that make a real difference to delivery of Te Uru Rakau New Zealand Forestry Service activities and stake holders.

Mōu – About You

Ideally, you’ll bring to our team:

• Proven experience in service design and implementation of customer data and insights capture for use in service design for new or improved processes
• Capturing and understanding user requirements and articulating these to the right people using a participant centred approach and mindset
• Experience analysing complex data and providing high quality advice to key members of the business
• Strong self-management skills – able to take the initiative on business analysis activities, to apply a range of appropriate analytical techniques and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project team that brings a mix of skills sets to deliver the outcomes
• Ability to work across multiple projects in a matrix environment
