What will you do?

Support the design of new analog and digital services that have an impact on new businesses, leading design activities, workshops with clients, co-creation processes, and definition of the new strategy and project monitoring metrics.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: Degree in Design, Industrial/Graphic, Psychology, Communication and Social Sciences with a specialty in Innovation and Strategy.
  • Work experience: From 2 to 4 years of experience doing service design, experience in conducting user-centered design processes, research and/or investigation.
  • Experience creating service blueprint journeys, interaction models and integration flows and guides.
  • Experience in consulting, independent development design agencies where business models, value propositions and interaction guidelines have been created.
  • Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office, collaborative work tools such as Miro or Mural. Adobe Basic and Figma.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities to define the service strategy.
  • Co-create the process or experience that generates engagement and guarantees the success of the initiative.
  • Understand the needs of the business and the user through different research methodologies helping to generate new solutions or functionalities of an experience or service.
  • Design analog or digital experience luxuries, with an end to end perspective.
  • Co-create viable, desirable and feasible solutions in the short and medium term based on the end-to-end definition of the new system, process or service that allows capitalizing on opportunities and generating an implementation roadmap.
  • Monitor the efficiency of each of the processes and pain points through validation methodologies.
  • Generate and measure low and medium fidelity prototypes that allow measuring the success of the service and evaluating improvements and defining the following interactions.
