At Grupo Coppel we are looking for our new UX Services Designer , to join our incredible team where you will obtain benefits beyond the law such as: scholarships, profit sharing, tech academy.
As part of our team you will have the following responsibilities:
- Co-create with the specialized team of Customer Experience, Design of Financial Services Services, Retail, Internal Services, and with the governance team of the practice, to design strategies and digital services to guarantee the optimal quality of the client in the Group coppel.
- Identify the needs and requirements of the end user, through the design and facilitation of didactic materials, training, toolkits, interviews and workshops under the Human-Centered Design framework, with the participation of the Business, UX and Experience teams. the client’s.
- Analyze the data collected in the investigations, in the company of the UX Research teams, in order to generate conclusions about the usability of the services that serve as input for the agile team and/or decision-making.
- Create design concepts and prototypes, and iterate on tools and resources that advance the practice and mindset of Human-Centered Design.
- Collaborate with the specialized team of Customer Experience, Design of Financial Services Services, Retail, Internal Services, and with the government team of the practice in commercial experiments contributing with a design approach to address opportunities and solve problems.
- Generate end-to-end customer journeys for new services.
Requirements
We look for the following requirements:
- Management of at least 5 of the following software:

- Skills to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis in the process of designing and improving services.
- Teamwork skills using agile methodologies and practices
Additional that would be a plus:
- Experience as a UX UI, Lean UX, Service Design, CX, Brand Experience leader
- Availability to travel internationally.
- Certifications in: UX/UI Service Design, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Usability Expert, UX strategy, Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, Google Analytics, Inboun, Marketing, Usability and User Experience or Interface Design and Interaction Design .
