Service Designer

Requirements:

– Lic. Graphic design- user experience or similar (degree or intern)

-Desirable specialty or certification in Service Designer

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

-Sector or industry of origin Financial (desirable)

Knowledge:

 Knowledge of UX/UI

 Survey of journey as is / to be

 Conduct design thinking or digital product conception workshops

 Research with users

 Work flows in an omnichannel/transverse manner

 Make wireframes and high-level prototype

 App/web

 Management of UX/UI team, research

Features:

 Lead the development of digital products based on research analysis of user needs, benchmarks and business objectives.

 Creation of AS is/To Be Journeys, UX design, Usability, interface designer, iOS and Android application prototypes and/or web portal

 Facilitation of usability and user experience workshops with internal users and/or clients

 Improved Chatbot conversational experience

 Guide the customer experience and design for the different digital channels

 Website development with HTML5 / CSS3 technologies, frameworks such as Bootstrap and CMS (WordPress and Joomla).

 Information architecture, creation of cases and scenarios, interaction design for high and low fidelity prototypes for user testing.
