Overview
Execute user research, design thinking and service design activities for a major bank in Mexico.
Contract of approximately one year.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in user-centered design projects.
- Strategic and methodological approach.
- End to end experience of services and / or products.
- Strategic design skills (aligning business needs with the user).
- Service design skills (tools, methodology).
- 360 research of products and services in different channels (Online and Offline)
- Generates guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all stakeholders.
- Master tools such as Blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc.
- It analyzes the information and is able to delve into the needs of the clients.
Desirable
- Applied experience in DCU projects.
- Relationship with Stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the service design process.
