Service Designer

Cappa HR
We are looking for a creative, proactive person, eager to learn and generate positive changes in the experience of our internal and external clients.
Your main tasks will be:
+ Moderate and contribute to service design activities, including: planning, designing, facilitating workshops, as well as interviewing users and stakeholders.
+ Discover the needs of users, generate concepts and design interactions with the products and services we design.
+ Review and update of Jobs to Be Done, ¿How might we?, Journey Maps and Service Design Blueprints to design higher value products and services.
+ Create sustainable and scalable service design solutions. Contribute to the communication of research results, conceptual ideas and design rationale both verbally and visually.
+ Generate weekly reports of activities and status of assigned projects.
Requirements:
*Knowledge of agile work methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX, Scrum)
*Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Anthropology, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, Industrial Design or related.
*Knowledge and use of tools such as MIRO, WRIKE, FIGMA, ADOBE XD
