Requirements
- University career (bachelor’s degree or engineering).
- Knowledge of design methodologies.
- Experience in digital transformation projects (desirable).
Working conditions
Format : hybrid (face-to-face and remote).
Hours : full time.
Responsibilities and activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design a service that meets the needs of the user, the business objectives and is technologically viable.
- Translate the user’s needs to the team.
ACTIVITIES
- Design and implementation of workshops.
- Content creation (final presentation, archetypes, Persona Maps, CJ, SB, etc.).
- Interpretation of workshops and main lessons learned, challenges, pain points and value generators.
- Definition of boards, dynamics and questionnaires.
- Interview documentation.
- Communication and management with suppliers (optional).
- Coordination of meetings and calls with clients (optional).
