Service Designer

RGP
3 years of experience in user-centered design projects. – Strategic and methodological approach. – End to end experience of services and/or products. – Strategic design skills (align business needs with the user). – Service design skills (tools, methodology). – 360 research of products and services in different channels (online and offline). – Generates guidelines and guides for each point of contact, adding value to all actors. – Master tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes, storyboards, etc. – Analyzes the information and is able to delve into the needs of customers. – Relationship with stakeholders – Knowledge of service design process.
3 to 12 months project.
