Role Description 

The Service Designer will be responsible for designing and aligning service strategies that provide a coherent and holistic experience for customers. This role involves creating experience maps, designing workflows, and defining critical touchpoints in the interaction between customers and the company. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute service design strategies , ensuring that all aspects of the service align to form a coherent and engaging experience. 
  • Design experience maps and service flows , identifying and optimizing touchpoints along the customer journey. 
  • Collaborate with different departments , including marketing, operations and support, to integrate and align the services offered. 
  • Conduct user testing and service evaluations to ensure that designed services meet customer expectations and needs. 
  • Measure and analyze the impact of implemented service strategies , adjusting tactics as necessary to improve accessibility and intuitiveness. 
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to develop and improve service architecture , coordinating creative sessions and applying design thinking techniques to explore new ideas and optimize the service experience. 

Ratings: 

  • Proven experience in service design in a corporate or consulting environment. 
  • Demonstrated skills in creating experience maps and detailed service flows. 
  • Ability to work transversally with multiple teams and stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of services and make adjustments based on data. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design strategies and solutions.

  • Systems thinking: Ability to understand and design complex services, looking at both the big picture and the specific details. 
  • Customer Focus: Constant focus on improving the customer experience, ensuring that service meets and exceeds customer expectations. 
  • Project Management: Ability to plan and coordinate project elements across different areas of the organization. 
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to relate effectively with different people and cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders and team members. 
  • Analysis and decision making: Competence to analyze complex information and make informed decisions that benefit service design and implementation.
