The Digital PM Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing platform, product and customer experience leadership in a fast paced, start-up-style environment
  • Engage with businesses and help shape business and product requirements into platform requirements
  • Help structure the overall platform business plans and roadmaps (year over year, long term vision)
  • Drive product development for new initiatives
  • Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market
  • Maintain the product roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the company
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Business management mindset, with proven track record of results
  • Responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Citibanamex DIGITAL WEALTH team has the great responsibility of delivering the best digital products and services for investors and prospective clients.
As a service designer, they understand the organization 360 degrees and are able to develop robust solutions. They have a profile that makes decisions based on in-depth research and enjoys discovering insights in their process, they have a command of testing methodologies and know how to deliver actionable reports for the design team and stakeholders.
They are able to implement and develop the necessary materials to work with CO-creation methodologies and workshops.
They must be able to understand and have an approach to the FRONTSTAGE and BACKSTAGE organization, propose research frameworks (holistic customer approach – human centered design); capable of analyzing, communicating, conceptualizing, testing and iterating proposals (interative design approach). As well as discovering and generating proposals, sharing them clearly with stakeholders and being able to make a clear delivery of “Design basis” to product, interface and experience designers.
As a service designer, they have the ability to understand all aspects of the digital world, future needs as well as generate innovative ideas.
An understanding of business strategies is a great “must have” or a skill with real interest in developing.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years as a Service designer
  • Developing clear materials for implementation in digital services
  • Clear project development (from scratch)
  • Execution and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research
  • Field research experience
  • Experience running studies in FRONTSTAGE
  • Advanced knowledge of Design thinking
  • Knowledge of Human Centered Design methodologies is desirable (otherwise, a clear desire to learn).
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of ethnographic research
  • Experience and basic knowledge of co-creation methodologies (otherwise clear desire to learn).
  • Conversational English (must)

Software:

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of FIGMA
  • Office package
  • Experience with survey monkey
  • Experience with MAZE (or other digital testing platforms)
  • Experience running usability studies with clients
  • Experience in conducting interviews

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop research frameworks with a holistic approach.
  • Create and develop strategic projects for the development of prospective proposals.
  • Implement and execute various qualitative and quantitative research projects (field interviews, surveys, testing, card sorting, concept testing, benchmarking, heuristic analysis).
  • Organize studies with agencies, manage them and follow up.
  • In-depth analysis from a business perspective, design execution and stakeholder consumption.
  • Development of studies and reports (with a clear perspective of continuous improvement).
  • Development of executive presentations.
  • Development of methodologies and analysis (business canvas, NABC, Design principles etc.; otherwise strong interest in learning).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • Bachelor of Industrial Design / Product Design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with a clear understanding of the needs and processes of service and product design).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (with a clear understanding of the needs and processes of service and product design).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology (with a clear understanding of the needs and processes of service and product design).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication (with a clear understanding of the needs and processes of service and product design).

Skills:

  • Empathy, openness to active feedback, sense of order, strong communication skills, active listening, flexibility, a taste for teamwork and collaboration, familiarity with horizontal work structures, familiarity with discussing projects (within a framework of respect), negotiation and resilience.
