What are we looking for?
4 years of experience
Essential for the application:
- Explain service design process in your book.
- Remarkable experience applied in Human Centered Design.
- Technical skills requested
- Service design tools: service blue print, customer journeys, stakeholder maps, customer lifecycles, service safari, business, model canvas.
- Research with users (qualitative and quantitative): Knowledge necessary to apply and control research methodologies with users… shadowing, in-depth interviews, surveys, validation.
- Analysis and identification of risks: possible solutions through prospective planning.
- Strategic design centered on users and Design Thinking: ability to articulate concepts. facts and hypotheses, for decision making, contemplating future implementations of that decision making. Understands design in a holistic way, impacted by its practice in culture, organizational structure, people management or change management.
- Tangibilization of concepts: the ability to work with abstract concepts directed towards making design decisions, generating solutions and courses of action, based on systematic and visual thinking.
- Business modeling: knowledge of the principles of business model design, as well as its own tools and techniques, Generation of synergies between business objectives and customer experience.
- Behavioral Economics: Know the cognitive and emotional elements that are involved in people’s decision-making process and apply them in their design practice.
