Description
You will strengthen our service design capabilities by conducting workshops (and sprints) and longer-term consultancies. Job Description: Collaborate with service design leaders, project managers and design researchers on short-term and long-term projects. Plan bespoke workshops and design sprints, selecting the most appropriate canvases and tools to support clients facing various challenges. Facilitate workshops and design sprints.
Requirements
・At least one year of experience in service design (including internship) ・A thorough understanding of service design tools and the ability to clearly communicate them to clients and employees ・Native-level Japanese language proficiency ・Strong English communication skills
Preferred Experiences
・2+ years of experience planning design thinking-based workshops and design sprints ・Degree related to business, marketing, or design ・Workshop facilitation skills ・Presentation and storytelling skills
