Service Designer

▼ Job Responsibilities

You will be entrusted with the following:

• Organizing issues and defining requirements through communication with clients
• Experience design from a user perspective (UX / Service Design)
• Designing user flows and information architecture (IA)
• Creating wireframes and prototypes (support provided if inexperienced)
• Driving projects in collaboration with designers and engineers
• Participating in UX research (such as user interviews) as needed
• Collaborating with overseas team members (opportunities to use English)

※ You will not be responsible for all of the above alone; roles are divided among team members depending on the project. Assignments will be based on your experience and interests.

▼ Application Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience communicating with clients or internal/external stakeholders
• Experience structuring problems and defining requirements
• Experience driving projects as part of a team
• Interest in digital products and design

▼ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design or service design
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes (e.g., Figma)
• Experience in client work
• Experience in UX research
• Experience communicating in English
• Experience in service design or business-oriented work
