As a member of FJORD TOKYO*, you will be in charge of designing services and products that connect all customer contact points, whether digital or physical, centered on customer experience. Based on the design process, she will be in charge of creating new services, embodying the experience of those services, supporting the development phase, and growing the service after release. By leveraging Accenture’s comprehensive strengths to tackle larger themes of management, business transformation, and social and environmental issues, we will have an impact on people’s lives and society around the world, and increase the value of our corporate brand.

・Design and implement design research and discover insights from the results

・Workshop design, integration of results from facilitators

・Customer experience ・

Design service flow etc.

・Co-creation with various experts such as designers, consultants, engineers, and clients

・Collaboration and co-creation with members of FJORD Global ・Understanding the latest cases and expertise inside and outside the company and incorporating them into the design process and service itself

Application Requirements

◆Application requirements

・Extensive knowledge of the design process centered on customer experience and experience in service design

・Understanding and experience in design research

・Skills to create service concepts, experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, roadmaps, etc.

・Experience ・Wide knowledge of prototyping methods such as prototypes ・Knowledge and curiosity about digital technology and deep understanding of design solutions

・Co-creation experience with clients and members of other teams ・Understanding of a wide range of design-related specialties such as design research, visual design, and content design, and a wide range of skill sets while further refining your own primary skill set

・Willingness to expand the field of specialization

◆Desired experience/skills

Those who have experience in any of the following.

・Business-level English communication skills (especially required for managers and above)

・Active participation and networking in the design community

・Emp_Regular JPNSong Ct_CD Writing activities in the design field for the media and community
