UX Researcher – Service Designer

We are looking for a UX Researcher-Service Designer, to be included in the Flowe Experience Design team, the new digital startup just born within the Mediolanum Group.
Activities:
● Conducts research activities in the initial project phase or in the design sprints (interviews and surveys, benchmarking, trend research), together with the UX Designer, to identify and identify project opportunities or contribute to the design of the functions already identified;
● Collaborate with the product owner and design team to build innovative solutions to achieve business goals
● Analyze research data to identify and generate insights and behavior patterns for design
● Facilitates workshops and co-creation sessions of service concept and envisioning with end users and reference stakeholders
● Defines, elaborates and argues deliverables such as Customer Journey, Blueprint, Empaty map, Personas
● Defines test scripts and performs usability tests with users
● Conducts interviews in collaboration with the communication part
Requirements:
● Master’s Degree in Design, with specialization in Design Thinking, Customer Experience, Service Design or Product Service Design.
● At least 5+ years of experience in conducting qualitative research activities, reporting on trends and insights, designing service models for complex multi-touchpoint projects
● Previous work experience in an agile environment. Can work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment and uses iterative methods and flexible approaches to achieve rapid results
● Excellent knowledge of the most widespread service design methodologies and user centered design processes
● Ability to read and interpret market research, KPI data , comments and opinions of users
● Excellent portfolio with design solutions and strategic design approaches
● Good skills in the use of design tools (Illustrator or Sketch, Photoshop) and presentation (Keynote, Power Point)
● Ability to understand the impacts of technology on design outputs
● Solid skills in the representation of journey maps, service concepts and storyboards
● Ability to facilitate workshops, set up design sprints, and conduct training sessions on design
● Ability to communicate and storytelling.
