Service Designer

As part of our ICT department, we are looking for a Digital Service Designer to join our Digital Service Design team to contribute to the design and development of user-centric and sustainable digital services and products for the organization.

What will you do in particular:
- Analyze and understand the needs of the various company functions, supporting them in business development
- Intercept technological and market trends and translate them into solutions consistent with business objectives
- Design and improve digital services and products, making them useful, usable and desirable for users and efficient for the organization
- Actively participate in complex and multidisciplinary projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, and developers
- Coordinate the work of external partners and suppliers
- Support the manager in monitoring project times, costs and KPIs
- Contribute to the production of project reports and documentation
What does it take to join our team?
- At least 3 years of experience in one of the following roles:
- Service Designer, Product Owner, Project Manager or Consultant with UX/UI focus
- Knowledge in Service Design, Design Thinking and Design System
- Experience in UX/UI design of applications and/or websites
- Knowledge of the basic principles of digital accessibility
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Degree in economics, communication, design or related disciplines
- Using design tools, especially Figma
They complete the ideal profile
- Experience in digital, start-up or highly innovative contexts
- Knowledge of Project Management, Agile and Scrum principles
- Knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
- Knowledge of main front-end technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Angular)
- Data analysis and monitoring capabilities to support customer experience improvement (adoption, usability, user interface, overall experience)
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro)
