Technical – professional knowledge:
- CX Design & Service Design
- Adoption of DevOps
- Strong and proven experience in projects that include scouting, benchmarking
- Ability to design / enhance interaction, collaboration and digital process scenarios
- Deep knowledge of the main Service Design frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of the Design Thinking methodology and proven experience on each of its phases
- UX Design skills
- Use of boards for organizing and running workshops
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology (SCRUM and KANBAN)
- Using the Adobe CC suite
- Using JIRA / Confluence
- Curiosity, proactivity, dynamism and orientation towards innovation
- Problem solving
- Teamworking, leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Motivation, focus on results and meeting deadlines
- Interest in user-centric design
- Empathy
- Dialectic
- At least 2 years of experience in the digital design sector, as a UX / UI designer, UX / UI strategist
- At least 1 year of experience in the role of Service Designer
