Within the Strategy, Corporate Development & Innovation Division, we are looking for a Service Designer to support the Digital team in the development of high-impact digital solutions for all Divisions of the company.
The selected person will be in charge of the following activities:
• Designing the best digital experiences for our customers (internal and external) taking into account their real needs, the business requirements and the constraints indicated by the company and project guidelines;
• Thinking and designing the user experience in all the details that make it up, without ever losing the overview.
• Analyze and define the components of an effective UX, from the various touchpoints and the underlying processes, to their interaction with the infrastructures and actors involved, bringing out criticalities, strengths;
• Organize workshops to collect and rationalize requirements for new products, services and / or processes or optimize existing ones.
• Through focus groups, brainstorming, shadowing sessions, expert research, etc. .. involve the actors impacted by the processes to better understand their real needs.
• Working with cross-functional teams (business experts, ICT specialists, data scientists, scrum masters, etc.) to design, digitize and / or create products and services, using a User Centered approach;
• Provide outputs that are always consistent with the strategic and / or project objectives and support them with materials that highlight their rationale (presentations and documentation).
• Autonomous management of partners, customers (internal and / or external), risks, unexpected situations, changes of scope, always keeping control of the project status.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has:
• Master’s degree preferably in Design (Service, System, Product, Communication) or similar.
• At least 5-6 years of experience as a Service Designer in digital agencies or in digital teams within structured and complex companies.
• An excellent level of knowledge of the best practices of analysis, expert research, user centered design.
• Experience in the concept, conception and design of processes and / or services in a rapid and iterative manner.
• Knowledge of the main design tools (Sketch, Invision, Figma and similar)
• Strong propensity to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Creativity and proactivity in proposing original and effective solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for technology and design at 360 °
