Service Designer

As part of a workforce consolidation plan within the Brand Experience Business Unit, we are looking for User Researchers and Service Designers to complete the Design & Development team, in which over 50 professionals work daily including Service & UX Designers, Visual Designer, Web & App Developer, Web editor, Copywriter and Tester.

The identified figures will work closely with UX and Service Designers, supporting the design of digital services and products through activities such as qualitative and quantitative research, definition of customer journeys, facilitating workshops.

Our Designers love to transform abstract ideas into innovative digital products and services with the aim of creating unique experiences that meet the real needs of users and satisfy the requirements of our customers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

You have at least 5 years of experience as a User Researcher or Service Designer in structured contexts such as consulting firms, communication agencies and / or end customers;

You have a structured portfolio able to tell digital transformation projects in which you have put your skills to good use;

· You know how to understand business needs and requirements and have experience in dealing with different stakeholders;

You have a hominichannel vision , with a focus on digital touchpoints;

· You know how to define, plan and execute primary and secondary research activities (qualitative and quantitative user research, benchmarks, etc);

· You know how to build User Personas, combining qualitative and quantitative data, and you can guide teams and customers from a user-centric perspective ;

· You can transform search results into actionable insights and opportunities to guide design;

· You know how to present the outputs to the customer, communicating the value of the insights collected and the methodology used in the best possible way;

· You know how to plan and facilitate workshop activities (in person or remotely) with the customer, the team and other relevant stakeholders;

You have mastered the main Service design activities and deliverables such as customer journeys, blueprints, ecosystem maps and you can support colleagues in card sorting, user flows and user tests;

· You know how to read and interpret low / high fidelity wireframes and collaborate closely with UX designers to support the design of digital products;

You like to actively contribute to maintaining the development of best practices for the team;

Your English is fluent and you have proven experience in international projects and clients
