Senior Service UX Designer

We are looking for a Service UX Designer Senior to join our Design team. You will be responsible for define and design service solutions that take into consideration not only the digital aspects of the service, but also the relationship between customers and services, with the ability to innovate the fintech sector with your ideas.
Additionally, you will contribute to the design strategy and collaborate closely with different client stakeholders. You will need to be able to lead other more junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Apply conceptual thinking to create digital services on multiple platforms, bringing together user needs, business objectives and technical realities
• Develop solid UX concepts, including defining customer needs, analyzing tasks and creating personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases
• Work directly with customers and prospects to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observation studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research
• Translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity
• Build and maintain positive relationships of mutual trust with teammates and all project stakeholders
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers and designers
• Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and software developers
• Participate in research activities (interviews, surveys, workshops, etc.)

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in defining and designing consumer and B2B digital products across multiple channels (ideally on Fintech)
• Strong knowledge of design research. Collection and management of qualitative and quantitative insights to understand users in order to guide the design of digital products
• In-depth knowledge of project development methodologies
• Knowledge of service design deliverables, including personas, user journeys, system maps, blueprints
• Experience in the definition, design and development of distributed and scalable services/products with tools such as: Figma, Miro, Sketch, etc …
• Experience in the use of Design System approaches to support the management of the digital experience of digital products/services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Positive and proactive attitude. Ability to give and receive feedback (even negative)
• Commitment to help the team: we are not looking for divas but team players
• Significant plus: experience in the Design of digital experiences in the fields of Fintech, Banking or Payments
