Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a person who covers the role of Senior Service Designer with experience in Project Management. Its goal will be to design a new generation of services and experiences in the most diverse sectors, such as mobility, fashion, energy, finance, health and beauty.
We are looking for a motivated, original and versatile person who has the passion and the desire to compete with projects that create a positive impact, that change things in a concrete way for people, communities and society. Who knows how to observe and understand complex contexts and systems, listen to the different points of view of people and bring together different perspectives to support choices. Who is able to imagine scenarios and solutions to involve customers in visions of “tomorrow.”
We believe that today it is no longer enough to deliver a project, but it is necessary to live the service to the full, accompanying it in its “Life”. we are looking for a person who has the desire to deal with all aspects of the project and service by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
If we want to create impact, we must stay in the life of service, where questions arise, needs develop and relationships between people are created.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Accompany the Client in defining the project perimeter and guide him in identifying his needs, translating them into a design method similar to the objective and context.
- Define the individual objectives related to the project (times, budget and costs).
- Accompany multidisciplinary teams on projects related to the design of B2C and B2B experiences.
- Follow end-to-end design of services and experiences, from the research phase (on trends, context and users) to the definition of concept, value proposition and prototyping up to execution.
- Monitor and ensure that progress is respected, favoring the existence of a dynamic flow of information and feedback within the team and with the Client’s representatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree and / or Master in disciplines of the world of Design
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of physical and digital experience projects and / or service design with the role of Project Manager
- Good knowledge of design and prototyping methods for physical and digital services
- Good command of design, presentation and collaboration tools
- Proactivity and communication skills and project presentation
- Excellent ability to synthesize and autonomy in viewing content
- Experience in facilitating work groups even at a distance
- Welcome experience of digital service projects from concept to grounding and market launch
- Work experience inside or for a large company is welcome
- Fluent knowledge of English, used in professional contexts, preferably international (knowledge of French and / or Spanish is appreciated)
