Senior Service Designer

By joining our team you will be asked to:

• Working on the development of experiences, services and products in line with the purpose and sustainability objectives of customers, taking into consideration user expectation, brand mission and brand culture, the design / communication language of the sector and the specificities of the reference markets, technological landscape and the readiness of the context;
• Creare service blueprint e customer journey integrando need degli stakeholder, multi-channel touch point e back-end service delivery systems;
• Basing the design of the experience on a deep analysis, a capillary mapping and a conscious design of business models, organizational models and operating models that enable the provision of a frictionless and omnichannel service;
• Plan and conduct co-creation workshops with customers, partners and users as an integral part of analyzing and designing new products and experiences;
• Working on the definition of new service models and value propositions by defining how companies will have to reorganize themselves to propose them in a customer-centric perspective;
• Define innovative strategies to stimulate the engagement or the adoption of new products / services and more generally to the launch of new experiences;
• Working within multidisciplinary teams to define business systems and internal processes of client and prospect companies.

Your unique strengths

Additional Requirements

• You have a portfolio of projects that showcase your skills in the various areas of a business and service design process.
• You have good skills in developing design strategy documentation necessary for sharing, controlling and managing projects: detailed project specifications, meeting reports, analyzes, presentations etc.
• You have gained professional experience in international contexts
