Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a full-time Senior Service Designer & UX Design who shares our passion for digital transformation. We are looking for someone who not only has excellent design skills, but is also excited to make a difference by improving the accessibility and efficiency of legal services through innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5 years of experience in the Service Design field, with a solid background in UX/UI Design, and proven experience in managing and developing Design teams.
  • He has a portfolio that highlights successful projects, demonstrating the ability to navigate design complexities and implement innovative and effective cross-platform solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Figma design tools and a solid understanding of Responsive Design principles and Design Systems.
  • Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas of complex processes/services.
  • Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions. Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights that support product and process design.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders and developers, to ensure that service and design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives. Experience working within discipline-based teams with Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and use design thinking to address complex business and user problems, driving product innovation and iteration. Ability to balance user needs with business and technical goals.

Your responsibilities:

As a Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring our product team, defining the vision and strategy for digital services (and beyond), guiding our customers’ iteration with our services at all stages. You will collaborate closely with other teams to develop and implement new solutions that improve the user experience and meet business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting usability testing and research to continually refine our approach, ensuring our solutions not only meet, but exceed user expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, and your expertise will also contribute to maintaining a cohesive design system that reflects our vision and company values.
