What will you do
You will enter the internship within the CIO Governance & ICT Operations Area and you will be of support in the design of new digital and physical experiences (e.g. Design Workshop) for illimity employees. Specifically, you will take care of the planning of co-design workshops and interactive internal training sessions, development of graphic documents to support the activities, strategic and sustainable planning of the project, drafting of surveys and data analysis, planning and co-conducting interviews with managerial and operational figures. You will also support more senior colleagues in updating all project-related documentation and in preparing periodic SALs for top managers and project sponsors. In the end, you will contribute to the mapping of colleagues’ needs and requirements regarding digital experience flows and related tools. Request availability within one month of the application.
What do you need
- Laurea o Master in Service Design, Product Service System Design, Strategy Design, Business Design o simili
- Passion for topics related to Employee Experience and Customer Experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and creativity
- Propensity for teamwork and problem solving
- Fluent English
What area will you be working in
The CIO – Chief Information Officer structure supports illimity by creating and integrating proprietary and third-party software components, while at the same time overseeing the full availability of IT services to support business activities.
