Service Designer

We are seeking a professional with experience in Service Design and UX Analysis, capable of mapping and analyzing complex digital ecosystems. The selected candidate, based in Rome and available to work on-site at clients’ sites, will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing a digital system spanning multiple touchpoints, with the goal of improving efficiency and the user experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze and map complex digital ecosystems, identifying critical issues and areas for improvement.
• Manage the complexity of a large number of touchpoints, applying a systems approach to optimize interaction and user experience.
• Conduct interviews, analyses, and discussions with various stakeholders to gather input and define intervention priorities.
• Produce reports and key findings to optimize system efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate analyses into concrete interventions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Service Design or UX Design , with a focus on complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience in mapping and analyzing complex digital systems , with an approach aimed at solving usability and performance issues.
• Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate analysis and discussion sessions with various types of stakeholders (internal and external).
• In-depth knowledge of user experience , usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent synthesis skills and ability to produce clear documentation for teams and stakeholders.
• Nice to have : experience in public or government contexts, with knowledge of Agid guidelines .
