Service Designer

Full Time


The resource will be involved in product development processes and in projects related to the creation and development of innovative and engaging customer experiences for the user.

In particular, it will be responsible for designing an interface and will coordinate workshop activities involving various stakeholders.

The activity will consist of:

  • Gathering insights from observation and dialogue with the client and translating them into design requirements.
  • Manage and visualize the mapping of complex experiences and flows.
  • User Research: development of benchmarks, usability tests, heuristic analysis and user interviews, behavioral analysis;
  • Analysis and understanding of business requirements and objectives to guide the definition of user requirements, user stories;
  • Information architecture design, user flow, wireframe and interactive prototypes;
  • Organization of workshops to support co-design activities with end users;
  • Mapping of experiences as is and to be and identification of opportunities for improvement;


  • Background accademico in human-computer interaction, experience design o affini;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as UX Designer, Service Designer or Interaction Designer in dynamic contexts such as start-ups or consultancies, agencies and/or end customers;
  • Solid experience in the application of User Centered Design processes and methodologies;
  • Are you familiar with the world of data, analytics or data driven applications;
  • Experience designing across platforms and apps;
  • Experience in UX design and Responsive web applications;
  • Solid skills in user research, content strategy, information architecture (if the customer also requires card sorting and tree testing tools or activities), UX, ID, prototyping, UX copy, responsive design, user testing, web analytics consultation and functional analysis;
  • Excellent knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools, especially Figma;
  • Mastery and proven experience in the use of methodologies and tools for both qualitative and quantitative UX measurement, both in the initial design phases and in the continuous improvement activities of digital products and services;
  • Fluency in English;
  • The profile is completed by strong ability to work towards objectives and strong aptitude for problem solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focus on the customer, enthusiasm and high motivation for professional growth, natural propensity for teamwork
