Link is looking for its new Service Designer to join the Corporate Innovation team.
We are looking for a profile with a design background, sensitive to user centered design methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean startup or UX in order to design and deliver innovation programs to corporates and support teams in the definition and implementation of new services. In direct collaboration with the Innovation Director, you will :
- Design innovation programs according to the needs and constraints expressed by clients, and design proposals accordingly;
- Facilitate service design trainings and workshops with different kinds of clients (corporates, startups, public bodies) to support innovation programs
- Provide methodology support to the teams in the different phases of each project : user research, ideation, prototyping, user testing.
- Produce content in relation with our expertise, projects, vision.
- Manage cross-functional project teams (strategy, insights, design, and technology) and partners to deliver top quality strategic and creative outputs. From envisioning, designing and implementing concepts to infusing empathy, creativity and strategy to ideate and innovate across touchpoints while supporting business goals.
- Work with other teams and stakeholders of Link to continuously identify spaces where service design and human-centered innovation as a discipline can add value to clients, and help scope related initiatives, projects, and deliverables.
- Partner with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and solutions and identify/implement and successfully manage the execution of the plan
Your profile

- Have at least 4 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hub / consultancy, design agency)
- Have an experience in client/project management in a corporate set up
- Master user-centered design approach at every step of a new service or product process
- Be passionate about new technologies and innovation
- Perfectly speak and write English
- Be able to design beautiful slides and presentation decks

Logistics
