Tasks

  • Survey of customer needs, conducting and coordinating customer research
  • Mapping digital and offline customer journeys and developing new customer journeys for existing and newly introduced products and services related to the Group’s retail management business (including distribution services)
  • Define business specifications for enhancements as well as complete management according to group-level strategy
  • Customer-centric design and development of digital and offline channels, group-level support, reactive and proactive coordination of existing and newly introduced products and services
  • Participation in projects related to the field, professional support, leading a customer experience working group

What we ask for

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar job
  • Active service design experience, knowledge of service design toolbar
  • Miro, Trello experience
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • User-level use of MS Office
  • customer focus
  • precise, precise, independent work

It’s an advantage

  • User experience design (web / app) knowledge / experience
  • User interface design knowledge / experience
  • Knowledge of agile methodology
