Tasks
- Survey of customer needs, conducting and coordinating customer research
- Mapping digital and offline customer journeys and developing new customer journeys for existing and newly introduced products and services related to the Group’s retail management business (including distribution services)
- Define business specifications for enhancements as well as complete management according to group-level strategy
- Customer-centric design and development of digital and offline channels, group-level support, reactive and proactive coordination of existing and newly introduced products and services
- Participation in projects related to the field, professional support, leading a customer experience working group
What we ask for
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar job
- Active service design experience, knowledge of service design toolbar
- Miro, Trello experience
- Intermediate English language skills
- User-level use of MS Office
- customer focus
- precise, precise, independent work
It’s an advantage
- User experience design (web / app) knowledge / experience
- User interface design knowledge / experience
- Knowledge of agile methodology
